What amazes me is that Apple is such a brilliant company, yet they have not really marketed Apple TV that well.  9 out of 10 people I talk to don’t know what the hell I am talking about and have never heard of it. 

Well let me tell you. I love gadgets and Apple TV is by far one of my favorites. It is beyond genius. I would own one for every TV if I could. Obviously you are confused because you, like most don’t know what I am talking about, let me fill you in. Apple TV let’s you buy or rent movies, TV shows, music, podcasts, you tube etc…directly from your TV.  For example, you are at home on the couch and have always wanted to start the first season of Californication but don’t have on demand, Netflix and obviously are not going to go to Blockbuster unless you still live in the 90’s.

Well with Apple TV you can rent entire seasons of shows, or just an episode, the latest movies or an oldie from just the click of a button. You can also buy them as well.  I for one hate when my tivo screws up and doesn’t tape one of my shows, no worries Apple TV. So you missed last night’s Gossip Girl and are traveling the next day, well just buy last night’s episode and transfer it to your ipod and watch it on the plane.  You are home on the weekend just relaxing and your cable goes out, not a problem for Apple TV. Just cue up a past movie you have bought. If you love your shows, TV and movies, this is by far the best money you will spend!
