Try getting a job on campus... most have a work study program & they work around your class schedule. I did that for several semesters. Granted they dont pay much but it was so convenient.

Most people would burn themselves out going at that pace, at college full time and working two jobs. You will likely not be likely not be 100% at everything. Your classes, jobs, sleep, and especially your social life might suffer. Look into loans. They will help greatly with expenses, and let you actually enjoy your time at college. You will only have this time in your life once.

There's probably a place to sel blood plasma near your school. Just make sure you don't do it too often because your immune defenses will go down. Also, you might be able to sell your eggs. Look into everything thoroughly before you act, but it's a quick way to get extra cash.

try getting a paper round, or delivering catalouges, (its nt much bt every little bit counts), and that way you can fit it into your schedule. or look for another full time job and leave th one your at, but as previously mentioned be careful you dont burn yourself out.

I would suggest student loans if you might be able to pay them off after you graduate, they can come in handy. But be aware that with PLUS loans (ones your parents sign for), you have to start payment on them immediately. As someone already said, you can sell blood plasma or your eggs, but selling your eggs is not immediate either. It takes up to 3 months to a year of hormone injections before they can harvest your eggs. On the plus side, your eggs are worth a lot, one harvest could bank you a minimum of $7k.

How about tutoring? If you a particulary good at a subject or a musical instrument put up flyers around campus and you could find time to tutor between classes. Or if you have international students and have a bit of patience, how about tutoring english?

One way that I helped pay for my school was by helping my friends apply for jobs. I would do the job search homework, help them with their resume, help them practice interview questions, and make them write thank you notes after the job interviews. I had 100% success rate and would charge $100 (depending on the person and their financial position) and ask for dinner to celebrate if they got the job!

Even if that's not your thing, I agree you should find something you're great on and maximize that!

As far as scholarships go...find local scholarships (through the Career Center, etc)...the key is to apply to the ones that people don't know about. You instantly become more competitive if only a handful of people know about it (versus nationwide scholarships.) Look for the one's offered from local companies.

Also some companies offer an educational match program, they'll help you pay for school by matching what you're paying or a percentage. Get a job where that's offered!

Another way to make school more affordable is to reduce the amount of money you're currently spending.

1 - Email Coupons: Instead of never eating out, sign up for restaurants and stores' email subscriptions (http://geekettebits.com/save-money/geekettes-the-top-8-mailing-lists-to-...). Sign up for anything you can think of (clothing, restaurants, etc.)

2 - Reduce Mobile Costs: What's your cell phone bill like? You can get a FREE google voice number (http://geekettebits.com/technology/wow-google-you-talking-to-me/) that allows you to forward calls to your phone to your computer, saving weekday minutes! You can also get voicemail (which are transcribed and sent to you via email) and can send and receive txt messages (finally...unlimited txts!)

3 - More Online Deals: I post a lot of great deals and coupons on my website...I find a lot of there on buxr.com (http://geekettebits.com/information/buxr-hot-deals-this-week/) and they have tons of coupons and freebies!!

TUTORING! When all else fails, tutor. Find as many tutoring agencies you can nearby or see if you qualify for any online tutoring or if you are confident enough, you can put ads up around your school and just tutor on your own. There are websites that help you get clients if you are a "self-employed" tutor.

Look for as many scholarships as possible. Talk to your financial aid advisor and try to wring as much info as she will give you. If your school has a career center, sometimes they get scholarships, as well.

And woah, love Geekette's advice! :) That's where tutoring came from... finding something your'e good at and making money from it. If you're good at math, help others do it. If you're good at what Geekette does, then help others do it! If you're good at dancing, get gigs or give lessons. Into webdesign? You can teach yourself how to make sites and sell them. There are even people who are addicted to farmville who have learned how to make REAL money with it (providing people with neighbors, gifts, etc...). Whatever it is you're good at, there is usually SOME way to make money out of it.

holy crap. I'm sorry I don't have any other advice for you other than what one girl said about finding a full time job and quitting your part time job, or talk to them and tell them you need more hours, ask coworkers if you can pick up some of their shifts.

One other thing I thought about... you can look into becoming an RA. When you become one, your room and board is automatically paid for you and plus you might get a paycheck. All you have to do is hang out in your dorm.

You gotta realise with selling your eggs, its an extremely painful process and does damage to your body, my aunty went through it just to help my other aunty have kids

Look for jobs on campus! I'm almost certain that if you work on campus while enrolled in school, you don't get taxes taken out! That's what I'm doing now and it's amazing! Number one, they realize that school comes first and that it's the main reason you're at school; and, number two, I get $9/hr with no taxes taken out!
