'I love you' means that I accept you for the person that you are, and that I do not wish to change you into someone else. It means that I will love you and stand by you even through the worst of times. It means loving you when you're in a bad mood or too tired to do things I want to do. It means loving you when you're down, not just when you're fun to be with. I love you means that I know your deepest secrets and do not judge you for them, asking in return only that you do not judge me for mine. It means that I care enough to fight for what we have and that I love you enough not to let go. I half-ish agree... I mean its nice to know that the person you love does not or would not judge you for your "deep secrets" but love does not ask for anything in return, nor does it expect anything in return... it is unconditional... or it should be anaway! And I guess I have a hard time believing that love makes people "need" one another... Want? Absolutely! Need? Ummm... not so much! BUt that could just be me... I have been doing this whole life thing alone for far too long and if I can say one thing about what I have learned along teh way it would be that I dont NEED anyone! I dont need a boyfriend... I dont need friends... I dont need family... I have been without all of that and I am still standing! Sure having someone love you and care about you makes the days a lot easier to get through, but no one actually needs them...
