The super hero known as “interval training” has heeded the call of many and has come to answer your prayers. Interval training throughout the years has been our “go to” super hero and never fails to meet our expectations. Whether it is my corporate clientele or celebrity clientele, all will utter the same phrase. Interval training means business!!
I trust interval training so much, if it were a single woman I would trust her to be alone with my highly intelligent, intensely attractive provider of a husband. No bullshit. Interval training means business; this action packed nothing but results fat fighting format of training, increases stamina and metabolism all the while packing an intensive punch..
Try this beginners treadmill workout 3 days a week, it may seem short, but so is life, so get in get out and live that incredible life that is waiting outside the gym doors...
Warm up:
5 minute walk/ 1.0 incline
1st Interval/1.0 incline
6.0 /1st minute
6.5/2nd minute
7.0/3rd minute
WALK 4th MINUTE
2nd Interval/1.5 incline
6.5/ 5th minute
7.0/ 6th minute
7.5/ 7th minute
WALK 8th MINUTE
3rd interval/2.0 incline
7.0/ 9th minute
7.5/ 10th minute
8.0/ 11th minute
WALK 1 minute
REPEAT
