Why I Love Nice Girls, Especially Gossip...

A few weekends prior, I had the pleasure of encountering actress Joanna Garcia under the fashion week tents at Bryant Park. I use the word pleasure because Joanna Garcia pretty much encompasses the word delightful in every sense of the word. After a far too humbling encounter with a rail thin 90210 redhead, I headed toward the bar with my 3.1 Phillip Lim sequined jacket between my legs. En route, I came across another CW personality who was far more nourished and most prob consequentially, personable then the last. Just when I had given up on stars of The CW Network not biting the hands of the fans that feed them, I encountered Miss Garcia.
Looking stylish yet effortless in a silk frock and leather jacket, I originally approached Joanna for a piece involving the versatility of the leather jack. However, after speaking to the former Privileged star for a few moments I was pretty taken with her cordiality and chic aesthetic as a whole (and let's face it, the whole leather jacket versatility thing as a topic of discussion is so been there, done that... sure its a critical closet staple but as a topic of discussion, lets face it, this blog can do better, or at least it can for now..,). With a change in locks from blond to auburn, Garcia had pulled a true Superman/Clark Kent switcharoo on me. Though, I must admit, this probbably for the better, considering my newly developed and bizzare infatuation with the sitcom, in which Garcia co-starred for six seasons, Reba . Hey, dont judge it until you've tried it... I beleive Ms. McEnire has the potential for a major cult following in syndication on her hands...
Moving zippily back on conversation's course, I encourage all to divulge into the following lighthearted interview between MTV's Alexa Chung and Garcia (to view, be sure to click on this link to see the interview via my blog (http://bit.ly/2VstjX), in which the quirky actress bubbly discusses her changing hair color, pet goat, and Nickelodeon slime days past. More importantly, the colloquial beauties discusses Garcia's most recent roll on Gossip Girl, in which the actress plays Bree Buckley, a Columbia grad student debutante after my own heart, from a conservative political family . Who knew? Apparently all I need for a Romeo and Juliet inspired romance with the likes of Chace Crawford is some oil money and I will be good to go. If only the Taft's, reigned from Texas, rather than Ohio...
