I’m back with Day Three of our delicious countdown to summer with an amazing dessert-inspired martini!
I love dessert. Of all kinds. Well, unless there’s coconut involved, but that’s a story for another day. And I am never one to say no to a drink that celebrates dessert! Unlike the normal dessert drinks that are mostyle cream and chocolate-based – and therefore super heavy – this one is light and refreshing thanks to the lemon.
Not to mention, you rim the glasses in graham cracker crumbs…delish.
Cheers!
Lemon Cream Pie Martini
serves 2
2 ounces Pinnacle Cake Vodka
1 ounce Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
1½ ounces DiSaronno Amaretto
3 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice
1½ ounces simple syrup
ice
graham cracker crumbs, crushed
Directions
Rim 2 martini glasses with simple syrup and graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, vodkas, amaretto, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake to chill and combine. Pour into prepared martini glasses.
Enjoy!
