Are you intimidated by nail art? Confession: I totally am. But this weekend when I have a little free time, I’m thinking of having a little fun with my polish! Because really, the same old “au natural” or pale pink polish look gets old after awhile. So I searched for some inspiration for fall nail trends to share with you and motivate myself. Here are some of the coolest nail art looks for fall that (they promise) anyone can do:

Ombre Nails

I love gray nails. From September to March it's pretty much all I use. Needless to say, I have quite a few colors that would make this nail look super easy to recreate! It's simple and classic.

Marble Nails

Prints are always in style and the swirly look of this nail art is so, so pretty! For me the best part is that there's no way to mess it up! Each nail is supposed to look different...perfect for nail art noobies!

New Moons

This half moon mani is really unexpected. And totally easy thank to those little donut stickers you can get in the school supply aisle. They're probably even on sale right now...thanks back-to-school shopping!

Black Everything

Sometimes you want to go neon, and sometimes you just want to live on the dark side. I LOVE the matte vs. shiny effect of the two polishes here. Super chic.

Polka Dotty

Ok, I couldn't find a tutorial on how to do this exact look from Kate Spade, but the link above shows you how to recreate the dots with a bobby pin. Genius. If you're anything like me, you have a million of those suckers floating around your bathroom just waiting to make some sweet nail art. Again, super chic.

{By the way, the main image above shows how you can cover a chipped mani. Love those colors together!}

Which one's your fave for fall? Or did I miss one you're loving? Share in the comments!
