6 Simple Tips to Feel Even Hotter

Sometimes you just feel “blah”. Usually this is every Monday, but maybe you overindulged on cupcakes at the office party at lunch or that loser hasn’t texted you back yet. Before you confine yourself to the couch with a pint of ice cream to wallow in self-pity, try one of these 6 mood boosters. Before you know it, you’ll remember just how freakin’ hot you really are and be ready to run the world!
The easiest of all these tips is just to smile more, girl! I seriously suffer from “angry-face” syndrome anytime I’m not actively smiling. I’m mostly amused by it, but I know sometimes others incorrectly assume I’m angry or sad when I’m really just concentrating, darn it. So to feel super sassy, I just make an effort to smile more, whether it’s at the store clerk ringing up my groceries or at my coworker who’s sharing a funny story, smiling simply radiates positive energy.
Bust a Move
Whether you work up a sweat at the gym, take a Zumba class, or just dance around your room, a little exercise will always make you feel hotter. If you don’t have time for a full workout, just crank up your favorite tunes and dance it out in your room for a while.
Check Yourself Out
We spend so much time getting ready, so why don’t we just take a moment to appreciate our efforts? Before you step out the door, take a minute to admire just how hot you really are, without making any criticism. You’ll instantly boost your mood and hopefully that happiness will rub off on others throughout the day.
Wear Your Favorite Outfit
Whether it’s those heels that make your legs look miles long, or the cold-shoulder top that displays your toned arms, slip on whatever makes you feel sexiest. Sometimes our self-esteem just needs the little lift that the perfect outfit can supply.
Take the Initiative
Taking charge of a situation is a sure-fire way to boost your confidence. Whether you decide to kiss your boy first, or go after a big promotion at work, you’ll raise your confidence and start taking charge even more often.
Channel your inner artist by writing, singing, painting, cooking, or even decorating. You’ll get a kick out of trying something different or new and heighten your creativity. Realize just how fun it is to get a little messy and love the results.
