We love Pinterest around here. It is our go-to spot when we want to find a new recipe, get our butts off the couch and to the gym, find inspiration for our homes, and figure out how to dress to the nines. We love pinning our own content and images, but we love it even more for the seemingly never-ending visual inspiration, striking images, and useful tips that our friends expose us to. Here are our favorite pins of the week and why we love them!

1. Fort!
Ok, so this is probably someone's engagement photo shoot, but it is adorable and makes me want to go play in a fort pronto. As an adult, how fun would this be to make a fort full of all your favorite things (including your dog and boy, naturally) and spend a rainy day having the best day ever? It's totally happening this winter!

2. Baked Apple Cinnamon Chips
A few days ago I had my first honeycrisp apple of the season and I always forget just how good fall apples are. I mean, apples get kind of a bad rap because they're the convenience fruit. But I'm pretty sure making these apple chips would change even the most stubborn apple-hater's mind. They look amazing and probably makw the house smell divine.

3. Chevron Pumpkins
I don't know about you, but I'm not very good at the pumpkin carving thing. I'm just not skilled with a knife I guess. But I am skilled with some paint and painter's tape, which is what you need to make these adorable chevron pumpkins. Don't they look so classy and modern? You'll have the most stylish front porch around!

4. Set Your Mani...
So remember when Kelsey sprayed Pam all over herself and we all thought that was nasty? Well it turns out you can spray Pam on your freshly painted nails and it will protect your digits from smudges. Has anyone tried this? If it really works I am going to be all over this trick!

5. Magic Lipstick
I am always looking for a perfect shade of pink lipstick because no matter what I put on, my coloring will turn it even pinker. That probably made no sense to anyone but me (ha!) but let's just say it's been a struggle for me for a long, long time. This lipstick claims to work with the chemicals in your body to turn the perfect shade of pink for you. Definitely have to try this to believe it!

6. DIY Light Canvas
Isn't that "starburst" art so pretty? And it really looks easy to make. I think it's be so romantic in a bedroom or beautiful on a mantle with some silver and gold holiday decorations. In fact, I think I just decided my holiday decor theme...to the crafts store I go!

7. Cozy Fall Sweater

It's starting to get chilly at night and all I want to do is live in a sweater like this. So comfy.

8. Cream + Black Fall/Winter Look
Unfortunately, life happens and we can't spend all day, everyday in a big comfy cable-knit sweater. So if I had my choice, I'd spend the other half of my life in this outfit. It's very Kate Middleton-like, no? Everything about it is perfect (except for maybe the Dior pricetag...)

9. Vintage Ponytail Tutorial
I am so, so bad at doing my hair. It's either down or in a ponytail. Earlier this week I tried a tutorial and failed miserably, but I found this one and thought that it was so, so cute and that maybe one day I could achieve this "Barbie hair" look since it's just a fancy ponytail and doesn't involve anything scary like braiding. Maybe one day...

10. If Only...

I truly think that sarcasm is my other language so I really, really wish this happened in real life. But alas, it's not and I am still just one curvy sarcastic b*tch...
