I hate to be the bearer of bad news on this lovely Friday afternoon, but over the past two months I've noticed a bit of a spillage problem. Whether it be a bum or a boob, it simply must stop. The cup that runneth over shouldn't runneth anymore.

First problem up is the notorious back boob. Extra cleavage is something many of us strive for -- or at least one of us does. However, when the cleavage is protruding from your backside, it's not a Victoria's Secret miracle. It's a mistake.

First and foremost your bra should be the correct size. NO GAPS, BULGES, PAIN, or DIGGING STRAPS! Below is everything you need to know to figure out YOUR bra size.

Second, the straps that dig into your skin are making a statement literally & figuratively. There is no reason to embrace this look. Go for vanishing lines or alternate styles that flatter the sometimes inevitable back boob.

Now onto another problem known as the saggy bottom syndrome. Whether you're conservative or not, wearing pants that properly fit is important. I'm not advocating for skin tight jeans, but well-fitted jeans that surround your butt, not engulf it.

So those of us who get a midrise to prevent muffin top end up with a little extra fabric hanging around our rears.....are we just doomed to one or the other? :/
