Uh oh! Did you wait to the last minute to make a treat for your cookout tonight? That’s ok. This is literally one of the easiest treats you could ever make. All you need is a grocery trip run and maybe half an hour. And really, who can say no to oreos on a stick? They are so freaking cute. These treats are incredibly easy and are perfect treats for a Fourth of July BBQ or picnic.

Fourth of July Patriotic Oreo Pops
Ingredients
one package of your favorite Oreos (I like the ones that are half chocolate/half golden!)
white chocolate chips
lollipop or popsicle sticks
sprinkles!
Directions
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring as you go. Pour your sprinkles onto a plate. Now here’s maybe the hardest part: Split the Oreos so the cream is all on one side. Place a lollipop stick in the center of the cream filling. Put a small amount of melted chocolate in the cookie to help create a bond to the other cookie. Place the other side Oreo cookie back on top of the cookie filling and let the Oreo cookie pops sit for several minutes to allow the chocolate to setup and create a bond.

Then simply dip the Oreo pop into the melted chocolate. Make sure to cover both sides so each side is completely covered, then tap off the excess chocolate.

Place one side of the Oreo pop in the plate of sprinkles, then repeat on the other. Place the sprinkled Oreo pop on wax paper and allow to setup for 20-30 minutes. And that’s it.
