Ok, this is it. I can’t stop the pumpkin madness any longer, so I might as well embrace it. Starting now, I’m pretty sure every meal is going to have some pumpkin in it…especially dessert! (What, it’s a meal! Don’t judge.) Plus, baking a pumpkin dessert is on our Fall Bucket List. So here’s what I’ll be whipping up the next few weeks:

Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispies
Rice Krispies are the go-to dessert staple in my house when you need something sweet and you need it now, since there’s no baking and it takes mere minutes. Adding pumpkin spice just makes them that more delicious. These are definitely a winner!!!

Pumpkin Puppy Chow
Do I need to explain why this is so awesome? I didn’t think so, but I will anyway. It’s Pumpkin Hershey Kiss covered cereal with powdered sugar. You can’t go wrong.

Pumpkin Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing
Ok, so maybe these aren’t for the laziest of bakers because they do require making cake batter from scratch, but it’s all worth it for that icing. Pumpkin cakes can sometimes turn muffin-like but these keep the cake-like texture you know and love. And that icing. Wow. (Sorry, the icing is so good, I had to mention it again.)

Pumpkin Crinkle Cookies
It’s a tradition in my family to make peanut butter crinkles and top with Hershey Kisses, but I think we’ll have to start a few months early with this version! The best part of this recipe? It uses a cake mix, a can of pumpkin, the pumpkin Kisses, and sugar. That’s. It. If that’s not lazy, I don’t know what is.

Pumpkin Smoothie
I don’t know about where you are, but it’s still pretty warm where I am and that makes me not quite in the mood to use my oven. That’s where this smoothie comes in. Now, the word “smoothie” here is not quite correct. This is like a pumpkin milkshake. It’s to die for…
