…And I am totally, 100% jealous. This may be the nerdiest thing I have ever OMGed, but I just don’t care. I wish I was a kid again so I could play in freaking Hogwarts. Here are the details: The brilliant author of the Harry Potter series had been planning to build her children Hogwarts-inspired tree houses for years, but was held up due to complaints from the neighbors. However, the Edinburgh planning committee approved the plans yesterday.

I feel like I'm waiting for my letter from Hogwarts all over again.

It has swings and a rope bridge and Hedwig. There is so much yes. Plans for the impressive tree houses (below) show each child will have their own tower, and the whole design will include a secret tunnel, a fire pole, a spiral staircase, and a slide! The playtime haven is rumored to cost around $250,000!!!

Our verdict: OMG! Can I please be best friends with David and Mackenzie?

Thanks! My bestie lives in Orlando...we keep meaning to go when I visit but alwasy get trapped at Disney. Nest time I'll check it out!

You should go to Universal Studios Orlando. It's like real life Hogsmeade and Hogwarts. Honestly it's really awesome and very lifelike. It's also huge.
