We are always on the lookout for new workout routines because let's face it, when you do the same thing over and over, not only are you boring your mind, you're boring your body and not making any fitness gains. What a waste of time! Pinterest has become our source of amazing new workouts because seeing the moves in pics or written out in one place makes them so much easier...at least easier to follow, ha! If only it made the actual workout easier. If only. Here are five workouts we found just for you:

Good Morning Yoga
Don't these poses look yummy? (True story, a yoga teacher I had used "yummy" all through class. It was weird, but oddly appropriate.) I could totally get up 15 minutes earlier to fit this routine in before work. Followed by a nap, aka, savasana!

Intense Abs
No pictures for this routine, but jeez doesn't this look hard? I'm going to try this after my run so if I can't laugh tomorrow, everyone knows why! I like that this routine targets all of the ab muscles, i.e the troublesome lower abs and obliques. Anyone going to tackle this with me?

Express Fitness: Bootylicious
We all want a great butt right? Especially since we're about to be squeezing back into all those skinnies when the fall weather rolls in. These 5 moves will definitely give you a lift and you don't even need any equipment besides one of your dining room chairs.

Track Workout
I'm lucky to live around several parks and running trails, and yes, a middle school with a track. I don't like to run there all the time, because well, laps are boring. But when I'm low on time, this track workout could get me to the track, keep me interested, and get in my strength training all in one run. Want to make it even harder? Add in stairs. Running stadium stairs is tough. Is it sick that I can't wait to try this?

20 Minute Tabata Workout
Have you heard of Tabata? Basically you do an exercise at high intensity for 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds, repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. Got it? You might have to read that sentence a few times to get it. I know I did. On vacation last week my brother-in-law did these workouts everyday and just watching him made me tired. This 20 minute routine looks killer!
