I don’t know about you, but I am always busy during the week. Between work, a social life, and everything else I have to do, working out sometimes falls by the wayside. So during weeks when I know there’s just too much to do to hit the gym after work, I plan morning workouts. Now getting up at 6am isn’t always enjoyable (or ever enjoyable…) but it’s always worth it. If you’re just starting out, here’s a great morning routine to get you started. It combines a few cardio and strength moves that will challenge you and start your day off right.

“Good Morning” Fitness Routine
10 push ups

20 squats

30 lunges

40 sit ups

50 second wall sit

90 second jumping jacks

50 second wall sit

40 sit ups

30 lunges

20 squats

10 push ups

Have a good morning!!!
