Ladies, do I have a killer workout for you. If the Brazilians have taught us anything, they have shown that a toned rear end is amazingly sexy. Thanks Giselle! And really, who doesn’t want a perfectly-shaped, gravity-defying butt.

The good news is that the butt is a muscle just like any other, and can be targeted, worked and made shapelier. The following treadmill workout is challenging. It really is no joke. It is an HIIT (high intensity interval training) type of workout, and essentially combines strength training and cardio. So in 25 minutes you’ll be working your butt muscles, burning calories, and firing up your metabolism. Win-win-win.

During the intense phases of the workout, bend your knees a little, dig your heels into the treadmill and really squeeze your butt. You will know when you’re doing it right. It will burn. Oh, it will burn.

Beginners can start with a speed of 3.5 MPH and advance up to 5 MPH as you get more fit.
