I was having a REALLY bad day and one of my girlfriends happened to send this to me. It brought tears to my eyes because it's easy to forget that as bad as it gets... it could always be worse. Sometimes the little things bring us down and prevent us from appreciating all of the great things around us and in our lives.

Last night as I was watching the movie "Love Actually" the introduction quote got me thinking about how much joy and love is out there in the world.

I read the article about the girl who “was dating a guy who was moving in w/her best friend (who at the time had a boyfriend -- but broke up a week later). The guy then breaks up with her & she comes to find out her best friend and he hooked up.

I'm a 17 year old girl and have been in a relationship since i was 15 years old, with the same guy, who is now 19.  He is perfect for me. We got engaged two months ago. I love him more than anything.

Being a young mom has its many benefits and its many disadvantages. As a young mother of two at the age of soon to be 22 I've learned that life doesn't always go the way we plan. I for instance planned on having a career, a house, an education, a car, and so many things accomplished before I wanted to settle down and have children. Well I should’ve knocked on wood.
