I was having a REALLY bad day and one of my girlfriends happened to send this to me. It brought tears to my eyes because it's easy to forget that as bad as it gets... it could always be worse. Sometimes the little things bring us down and prevent us from appreciating all of the great things around us and in our lives.

Being a young mom has its many benefits and its many disadvantages. As a young mother of two at the age of soon to be 22 I've learned that life doesn't always go the way we plan. I for instance planned on having a career, a house, an education, a car, and so many things accomplished before I wanted to settle down and have children. Well I should’ve knocked on wood.

Last night as I was watching the movie "Love Actually" the introduction quote got me thinking about how much joy and love is out there in the world.
