Is it normal for periods to take a drastic change all of a sudden? I started my period when I was 12, and I got off really lucky because I never cramped up. I never had PMS, I never ached, got bloated, or got pissy. I'm 18 now, and my period is going nuts. The cycle is totally sporadic. I've gone from 21 to 42 days in between, and the flow is actually getting lighter.

How do you motivate yourself to stay on a diet? I've tried, but I always seem to give up the moment the initial excitement of "omg I'm gonna look great" wears off. How do you prevent that? Anything you tell yourself or any reward systems you use? Thanks!

I'm engaged to an amazing guy, and we haven't been careful at all to prevent pregnancy. We're not trying, but we're not trying to stop it either. I'm over two weeks late for my period, and 4 days ago I took a test. It was negative. I know periods can be affected by stress and stuff like that, but should I take another test?

Hello Girls :) I am really concerned about the appearance of stretch marks all over my body. I have had them for over five years now. They appeared when I was suffering from chicken pox and lost a considerable amount of weight. I didn't think much of them then, but it's really bothering me now. I cant wear sleeveless or short tops which reveal the tummy and don't even mention a bikini to me.

I am 20, and about to transfer to my 4-year University! (Woot Woot). Ever since I can remember I have always been that quiet kid who has been an outcast for a number of reasons. I had little friends and to this day I only talk to 2 people everyday. When I moved at 12 I said that I wanted to reinvent myself.

I have been striving for months to tone up my body, walking, running, leg/arm weights and even the PowerPlate but my main problem area is my stomach. I always have a constant bump, even though I can pull in my stomach muscles in much further, what I don't understand is how can I be doing Sit-Ups, Crunches and Plank positions to fatten my stomach, but to no effect after so long?

How do I motivate myself? I'm about 5'2 and I want to lose some weight. I'm 150 pounds, it's classed as a little overweight and I don't feel comfortable at this weight. I want to do some exercise but my motivation has never been high.

You Call It Selfish, I Call It Self-Love. For many of us, giving away our time, resources, and energy, comes so naturally that we often find ourselves giving when there is nothing left to give. Afraid of appearing selfish and inconsiderate, I, too, once found myself over-committing to obligations that drained me of my energy and attempting to give more than I had to offer.
