What is the best way to deal with a partner you have just caught cheating?

I am 32, single for about 3 years and am completely paralyzed when it comes to taking the initative when asking a guy out. I am more positive everyday that I have an unapproachable vibe about me and know that I have got to start doing the asking or I am gonna wait forever! I am really interested in one guy in particular and would really like to ask him out but am so scared.

So I met this guy two years ago through the internet, and at first it was nothing more than someone who was easy to talk to. Well after about a year, I realized there were some feelings that had developed and he felt the same. I recently met him when he flew out to see me (I'm in Georgia), then a couple of months later I flew out to see him (he's in California).

My "ex" got a new phone. On his Facebook it said "got a new phone, message me your #." We are no longer Facebook friends but I stalk him... often sadly. Should I add him as a friend again, pretend like I'm now just seeing the status and send him my number. Or should I just send it? Which is really creepy, HE deleted ME on Facebook which is why we are no longer friends and for the past 5 months.

Does age really matter or is it just a number? I met a guy who I thought was very good looking, a friend of ours introduced us to each other and I thought "oh he must be around 20 or older" but when we started talking he told me he was 18 and I was in total shock! He had the same reaction when I told him I was 21 because he thought I was his age.

Nowadays it seems like everybody is cheating when they are friends with the other sex...How come whenever I talk to my guy friends and I have a boyfriend my boyfriend is all jealous? How come girls cant have guy friends and guys cant just have friends that are girls??

I have been single for a couple months now but I have recently been hit on by several guys, a couple of them I like a lot but what do I do? How can I make a decision of who really fits and whether or not I should continue to hang out with them to ensure that they might be future dating quality?

I cannot seem to move on from my ex-boyfriend. I love him. I have tried going dates with other guys, but all I ever do is hurt them because I end up not feeling the same about them as they do about me. I am just completely hung up on my ex. We broke up in December because he cheated on me. He has since apologized profusely, and my feelings for him just refuse to stop.

I've been working in a shop next door to this guy for the last year, but I've started to realise over the last couple of weeks that he's really quite cute and I'd like to get to know him better. The trouble is that up to this point, we've never exchanged as much as a "hello". How do I go from that to flirting after so long?!
