So my roommate is a very sexual person. Well the problem with that is that she and her... errr... sort of boyfriend are having sex four times a day when she knows I'm in the house and they pound the bed against the wall and it sounds like she is going to scream the roof off. Sometimes my boyfriend is there and he hears all of it and all of her sexual noises.

How do you approach roommates who are slobs and never clean? I have 3 roommates, and I'm not a neat freak, but I DO think the common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room) should at least be kept tidy.
