I have just been hired at Hollister as a member of the part time impact team. I have been googling and searching around to some tips about what you do and how to do your job the best, and a lot of people say they hire the unattractive people for this position. That kind of hurt and took a blow to myself seeing so many people say that.

I graduated in December and still have trouble coping with not being in school, living with my friends and missing my independence. I went from constantly being busy and having something to do, people to hang out with and paying my own bills. Now, I am living at home, with no job separated from my friends and falling more and more into a depression. How can get through this?

Ladies, would you rather get your life completely together before you have a child or start you life with a child?

Recently, I had a job interview that went very well. (Yay!) After the interview, I felt empowered BUT more than that I wanted to get to know the interviewer better. If I take the job, I wont even explore that territory. If I don't take the job, for another reason (crazy hours/low pay), is it in poor taste to ask the guy out?

I've been living with my current roommate for about seven months. Everything has been going awesome, but lately I've noticed a lot of my clothes, hair products, and body products have gone missing. On a whim I checked to see if they were in her room/bathroom, and they were! I take them back but it continues to happen. What can I do? How should I confront her?

I need help. I started a new job just recently but, it honestly is not for me. Don't get me wrong, it has its pluses like more money, benefits etc. However the job I was doing before was so much better and I really enjoyed it but I wasn't full-time nor did I have benefits. I can't see myself doing this, what do I do?

How do you approach roommates who are slobs and never clean? I have 3 roommates, and I'm not a neat freak, but I DO think the common areas (kitchen, living room, dining room) should at least be kept tidy. However, I seem to be the only one who feels this way, and don't know how to talk to the other girls about it, since I'm the new one in the house.

I really need help, I have really bad stage fright, every time I have to do something in front of people I start shaking and sweating uncontrollably, even if it's in front of a small group of people. I have to a presentation coming up and I don't know what to do!! Please help, oh and I've tried breathing deeply but it doesn't help.
