I NEED. TO LOSE. WEIGHT. I'm 5'7" and weigh in at 169 whoppin pounds. I'm trying to find a motivation to lose weight, but I can't. I'm looking for an excercise that I can do basically in my bedroom or on a bike. I live in a house surrounded by unfit/unhealthy people, and this doesn't help in the least.

I am trying to lose weight, but I have a problem getting motivated. I also don't know what the best exercises are for what I am trying to accomplish. I want to get rid of belly fat, but mostly fat on my buttocks, thighs and I want to gain some arm muscle. I kind of want to lose some of this weight before my friends wedding in a month. Because I don't want jiggle while I walk or dance that night.
