I have been striving for months to tone up my body, walking,running, leg/arm weights and even the PowerPlate but my main problem area is my stomach. I always have a constant bump, even though I can pull in my stomach muscles in much further, what I don't understand is how can I be doing Sit-Ups, Crunches and Plank positions to fatten my stomach, but to no effect after so long?

How do I motivate myself? I'm about 5'2 ...

I would like to find motivation again to work out. I would like to start running because I will be going on vacation to Aruba in a few weeks. I do not need to lose weight but I would like to tone my legs and butt. Could anyone give me any advice. I am also a college student as well, and am very busy with work and finals coming up pretty soon.

Why won't it go anywhere? I want to lose 15-20 lbs by summer. I have been working my butt off all spring to get rid of this weight. I have tried cutting out sugar and junk food even going to the gym for 2 hours a day but nothing is working. Any tips or suggestions?

Hi ladies...I have been working out for at least 40 minutes a day since the new year and I cut out soda and almost all junk food. However, I have gained weight! I can tell i have put on a lot of muscle and my clothes are looser but I don't understand how I could have gained weight. Any ideas on how make the scale reflect how hard I've been working?
