How can I lighten the color of my hair without using hair dyes? My hair is a natural medium brownish color with a greenish tint to it but I want it a lighter brown.

Blahh, I need help with my face. -_- Okay, I'm having a problem with acne. My face is like... greasy when I wake up, and it gets greasy throughout the day. Any ideas on how to cure my greasy/nasty/disgusting face? (Btw, I use this face cleaner called "Biore" or something? It cleans my face, & makes it shiny clean, but I don't think it prevents breakouts.)

I got my hair cut last night, I had been sooo excited. BUT she cut it way too short, it looks nothing like the picture I gave her, and I hate it!
