Tanning beds are so bad for you !!
Alot of girls at my old school tan-ALOT. They're practically orange. I always tell people "don't tan, you're gonna get old and wrinkly before your time." They never believe me! Justl look at my Aunty, she's dark and leathery.
i think its its a matter of how often you go. when i was seven tanning beds where part of my psoriasis therapy.had to go for 5 minutes once a week for 7 weeks. it really helped alot.
