I have a big presentation at work tomorrow and I just got the biggest pimple ever. Is there anything I can do so that it goes down by tomorrow morning?

sadly there is nothing as an overnight acne treatment...
cleanse your face normally
dont go overboard with the cleaning or your face produces even more oil to make up for it

then use concealer to cover up the redness
that's pretty much all i know what to do in this situation...

Strange, I know but toothpaste... It works really well on cold sores as well. It just dries out the area a bit and in the morning they look smaller.

But you shouldn't try toothpaste straight away in your face. because for some people this can make it even worse. you should try it on your arm or something first before using toothpaste in your face.^^

It sounds weird, but steam your face (boil a pot of water and drap a towel over your head and sit over it) and then take some toothpaste and dab it on the pimple. Make sure its a paste, non of that gel stuff. The toothpaste drys out the pimple and calms redness. Hope this helps :)
