I wish I was going!!! I would absolutely LOVE to see ice skating and the hotties who snowboard. I'm hoping to make it to the Olympics someday though. If you're there PLEASE keep us posted on how awesome it is :)
I'm in Vancouver with friends who have tickets but not sure what I'll be able to attend. We created a lottery between all of us so I'm hoping I'll get to see snowboarding
Sorry Everyone I got so involved with the Olympics that I forgot to update everyone on my experiences. I wound volunteering a bit and meeting so many interesting new people. Plus I had the opportunity to visit many of the Provincial houses which highlight what their Province is know for which was great for some but others were a bit boring. I was around during the crazy protests which were a bit scary. And I got to try to walk through thousands of people almost daily. There were a few things I did not get ot do just because of the really long wait times. The Zipline across Robson Square was 8 hours. I just didn't have the time to do that. But I did get to celebrate Canada's hockey wins. There are no words for that experience. You simply cannot imagine the energy or national pride. I also had the opportunity to see Jets Overhead in concert and meet the band. They are amazing live and very approachable.
anything Shaun White-related lol
