I am thinking about a trip to the Poconos with my boyfriend. Any suggestions on where to go? Are there any good resorts?

I went to a wedding in December there and some of the recommendations for hotels were Hotel Fauchere, Skytop and the Inn at Pocono Manor. We stayed at Skytop and absolutely loved it! Love the Poconos it's the perfect place for a weekend getaway.
