I would like to find motivation again to work out. I would like to start running because I will be going on vacation to Aruba in a few weeks. I do not need to lose weight but I would like to tone my legs and butt. Could anyone give me any advice. I am also a college student as well, and am very busy with work and finals coming up pretty soon. What are some good ways to get motivated and tone up for the summer?



Try to record lectures or some professors have a way to put them on iTunes for a recording session. If possible, get it on your iPod and start some cardio or walk to it.
Try to pair exercise and the such with something enjoyable. If you like looking around the park, try to jog there and running will not be as troublesome.
watching a movie as you run really helps....or maybe just a series you like...if you do this before you start revising i find this helps loads to clear my mind and i can study easier =)
