Shopbop.com and Revolveclothing.com have really good return policies (and free three day shipping every day!) and a lot of times have good sales! Also, if you purchase something on either of the two sites, and it goes on sale for less money within a two week period, they will refund you the difference. If you don't like what you ordered, they give you a free return label and refund your money, no questions asked.
For shoes, Endless.com and Piperline.com are really great. Bluefly.com is kind of like outlet shopping online, they have amazing deals!
It also is good to become a member of gilt.com or ruelala.com, as they have sample sales every day and send you email alerts.

Doll - if you are after Designer beautiful quality classic pieces but don't have the budget try Miss Money Penny Second-hand Designer Emporium. Some amazing things pop up there all the time - many current season and brans new with tags for hundreds of dollars less than in the shops.
