I would actually recommend a tea wash, which you can make yourself. The tannins in tea have astringent qualities and draw out impurities. I recently tried it myself with amazing results. I would only use it on the bit of skin you're having problems with, though, because it can dry out your skin. I would also avoid using it too often for the same reason.
Anyone have any good ideas for stubborn blackheads that keep coming back (nose and chin area). Had a facial recently and the facialist used a pore extractor, but I'm wondering if anyone has used this method at home with the little comedone tool, and which brands are good?
As for stubborn pimples...anything with salylic acid is good! I like clean & clear (silver bottle products) as well as neutrogena, and biore warming mask is also great!
Toothpaste... the paste not the gel! Put it on your pimple now and overnight and it should either make it go away or reduce the size and make it less noticable.

Good luck!
I've heart leaving toothpaste on it can help dry it out. My friend tried it once and she said it worked.

Whatever you do DON'T pop it! You can never guaranty that you can get all that mess out of your skin witch in the end could create more.
