Lately I've been so stressed out with work, finances, just about anything you can think of. What are some good ways to manage my stress and help me deal with it? It's gotten so bad that even traffic or running errands stresses me out.



ZUMBA! Seriously, a tough cardio workout with a fun atmosphere definitely helps to relieve my stress whether it's caused by work, home or just life in general. I definitely recommend exercise, but something that will get your heart going and maybe afterwards a massage. ;) Good luck!

Buy a pinata and beat the snot out of it. Or try to start running, that's a big stress reliever.

I like to shoot guns when I'm stressed or upset. If you know anyone who has something fun (I'd suggest a shot gun; they're easy to aim), then ask them to go to the range (or some field you know is empty) and shoot the hell out of a target or skeet.

I can't be upset when I have a gun in my arms. (Sounds a little creepy, but seriously, shooting just makes me grin.)
