How do you tone your arm muscles? I can't stand wearing jackets all day.



you want to target 3 muscle groups, Biceps triceps and deltoids.
For your delts push ups and if you have some dumbbells overhead presses (weights move from chin up, keeping them in front of the body, elbows stay soft at the top) or side raises (elbows bent to 90 degrees, start with elbows beside your body and draw them up in line with shoulders and release)
Triceps you can do tricep dips (hands on a bench under butt, keep chest up tall, shoulders back, bend elbows and lower butt about 10-15cm below and lift, make sure elbows stay in narrow), Tricep style push ups (hands under shoulders, move like a normal push up but keep the elbows close to the body)
Biceps your pretty much limited to bicep curls, but they will get a bit of a workout with pushups :)
