Any help on "love handles" I want them to be gone by summer lol. But I cant find a workout that targets them.



Love handles aren't a muscle, so the only way to get rid of them is by reducing your overall body fat.

Ummmmm CARDIO!!! You can't target love handles. If we could pick & choose where the fat comes off, I'd still have boobs, hahaha!!!

hahahaahha yeah really; i tried this thing where i wouldnt lose weight i would tone so that my boobs wouldnt go away.. yea right haha. AMEN to that:/

Spot reducing isn't possible. You have to lower your body fat in order to have "love handles" go away.

I agree with everyone above. For a good overall body workout check out bodyrock.tv. They have great workouts for both beginners and the more advanced. I myself have just started following their routines and they are amazng. I can hardly walk my muscles are soo sore!!

Power90X. Any of them, but I would start with the basic DVD, it gets pretty intense.

i was in the military and to target that area we did rocky sit ups. it basically the same as a sit up except that you have your legs crossed when doing so and depending which leg is on top...you move your upper body towards that area. repeat again when you switch the position of the legs. hope this helped.
