Does anyone believe in love at first sight? Or maybe, is it possible to fall in love with someone after only meeting them once?

I do believe in love at first sight. It's like a connection that is just there. Its how I met my current boyfriend. 2 years ago on the first day of class I walked into the room and looked over and saw him there. At the time I was dating someone, but I knew from that moment that I saw him that this guy was going to be the guy. Turned out he thought the same thing. He soon became my best friend as I crushed on him on and off for a year since I was in a relationship with someone already, and just this past year we got together and have been happy together ever since.

I definitely believe in love at first sight. It doesn't happen often-if ever-in one lifetime. Although I do believe that people get love and lust confused, which I find quite strange. If you truly love someone, then just their company would be as enjoyable as any sexual encounter. I'm in love. Even though I'm not able to see him every day, all I need to hear is the sound of his voice or maybe a glance from him, or even something simpler like a phrase or word, I know that I am loved in return.

I believe that you can fall in love with someone upon viewing them or spending a few hours with them. The trick is then to stay in love. From personal experience, I have fallen in and out of love easily with plenty of guys because they are physically attractive and their personality seems appealing in the beginning; however, when delving a little deeper and really getting to know them, I find that the majority of them are either not my type, players, or assholes. It's odd because the guys I fall in love with immediately, I never seem to stay in love with at all and the fire fades very quickly, like a match after a few seconds; but the guys that I've really, truly fallen madly in love with and stayed in love with and who I love with all of my heart and soul are the guys that I don't find attractive at first, are the guys that grow on me over gradual exposure to them, who may not be the best looking guys but, instead, are the guys that have the best hearts and with whom I don't find a lit match that dies quickly but an enormous bonfire with seemingly endless fuel. So, yes, I believe in love at first sight, but I don't believe that that sort of love lasts, and if it does then you are part of a rare lucky few that are able to find both immediate and lasting love.

i beleive one sight of the eye to eye everything goes blank and all u see is them also it can take time when i first met this guy i didnt know anything about him or even thought he was apealing but after i lil while we became friends and now i have the biggest crush on him but hes dating my bff that doesnt know i like him so MAKE SHURE U DONT WAIT ITL BE TO LATE AHHHHHHH
