a blast of cold water at the end of a shower for shiny hair, not combing your hair when wet (it stretches the hair out) and to get rid of bags under eyes, take a foundation (concealer?) 2 shades lighter than your skin, and apply to the darkest part of your shadows, not on the whole shadow of the eye
Avon's Strawberry Face Mask is amazing. It smells great, and makes my skin feel so soft.
I also like getting a basin, and having some hot water, with some Avon foot products in it. It's a cheaper alternative than buying a foot spa. And my feet feel great afterwards.
I use an ice cube toner in the morning to wake me up and reduce eye bags ;D just take an ice cube after washing your face and rub all over
Steam masks are also an inexpensive way to open the pores before putting on facial masques-just pour some steaming water into a bowl put your face over it with a towel around you like a tent for ten minutes
I also like using a pumice stone not just on the feet but the whole body to keep my skin smooth and free of dead skin cells which can cause pimples
leaving in your conditioner can also make a difference ;] ten minutes under the shower cap, rinse with cool water and you'll notice a difference

Kiehl's Rare Earth Facial mask, yes pricey but it lasts FOREVER and leaves your skin like no professional at any spa can do for you.
Also, keeping a pumice foot stone, I try to scrub my feet at least three times a week at the end of my morning shower, keeps em smoothe and healthy!
