the key to make up isnt to show how well u can put it on..wut i do is only black eyeliner because i have brown-black hair and it looks better so put a color on tht looks good with ur eyes and hair

i like to apply black eye liner on my top and bottom lids, and take black eye shadow, and go over the eye liner with that, while blending it up to my crease. for the bottom lashes, i just go over the eye liner with the eye shadow, to kind of fill it in. it looks super cute, at least i think so. and i just use black mascara. and it takes only 5 minutes to do too! :D

the best way I learned was to watch youtube videos. You can watch how the makeup is applied and they explain why they do certain things. You can search a style, such as smokey eyes, or you can search a specific makeup you may have already purchased. For example whenever I buy a new Mac eyeshadow I will search the color and see what others are pairing it with. It gives me a great ideas and opens my mind to mixing colors I never thought of using together.

Check out panacea81 on YouTube. She started out just posting videos of male up how-to's & now she has her own makeup line & such. She's a remarkable lady.

i did check panacea81 on youtube nd shes so sweet with her acent ad all that she doesnt seem like a trained makeup artist but like a person like any other nd i think dats just nice cause it makes u believe that u can do that too

Watch AllThatGlitter21 and JuicyStar07. They are my favourite makeup gurus on youtube. I watch them regularly and they give good tips.

DulceCandy87 is actually like a fashion channel but she's starting to give makeup lessons. There's also bubzbeauty(fashion, skincare tips, makeup),julieg713,MakeupGeekTV. they are good. there's still more channels out there but these are the ones i recommend.

Youtube tutorials! :)

One of my favorite tips is to apply bronzer in a 3 shape on your face.. so you hit your temples, cheek bones, and jaw line. Right where the sun would naturally hit your face. And it gives you those "model cheek bones".

kandee johnson is great.. i love. her.. she is so happy and upbeat.. and she really knows her stuff.. you can also check out enkore.. he's really good too..
