I don't work for a corporate company, and I never interviewed at one, but hopefully my advice will be of some help. A suit sounds best, gray or light blue, if you wear a skirt don't forget pantyhose, don't go overboard on jewelry or make up, if you have long hair, pull it back away from your face so it's not a distraction. Research the company before the interview, impress the interviewee w/your knowledge of their systems, sales figures, something related to the job your interviewing for, have extra copies of your resume and references with you, bring your own black or blue ink pen, arrive at least 15 minutes early, don't use your cell phone near the receptionist, and treat her/him just as you would the interviewer. It's tough to find a job these days, so I wish for you all the luck in the world!

I agree with the top person in the aspect that a suit (jacket and skirt or jacket and pant) is best. Light, natural make-up and simple jewelry is best. As for color of the suit black is always good but if you can't find it go with a fairly neutral color. Depending on the company you're interviewing for (you said very corporate, so neutrals are best) you should tailor your look to fit that company. If you can't do high heels, stick with flats. If you can do heels, a simple pump or kitten heel is best.

Black trousers, or a knee length black skirt, and a fun appropriate blouse. Make sure you buy something you look really good in, because if you know you look good your confidence will show, and you'll be more likely to get the job. Wear some simple jewelry and simple make-up.
Dont wear jeans or anything that shows too much cleavage. Make sure your nails are nicely done up too.

If you don't wear glasses, buy a cheap pair of frames with plain lenses to wear to the interview. Makeup is definitely key too: if you wear to little or none, the interviewer may think you don't care what you look like and may subconsciously assume you will treat your work the same way; if you wear too much, you'll appear high-maintenance. And definitely NO contacts... they cause your pupils to appear dilated and give the impression of arousal, which may put off (some) men, and can be intimidating to women (who are easily threatened by other women).
