Is it possible to do a double-masters degree? I am just finishing my BA (graduating on Dec. 19th actually) and I want to take a year or so off, but I am researching graduate programs in Art History and Romance Languages to get a headstart. Anyone else in either of those fields that has suggestions or advice on good programs/schools/etc.?

I think it definitely is -- my boyfriend did and while he was busy 24/7 he preferred the workload because he knew that it would all pay off. I'd suggest asking an advisor at your current university about the realities of taking on something like this.

It is possible, and interdisciplinary programs are a good place to look like the MARCO Institute at the University of Tennessee. However, I don't suggest trying to have a boyfriend, husband, job, or life trying to do that. I'm working on a 90 hour program for my M.Div, plus work full time, plus be a newlywed. HELL.
