Any exercises I can do while at school or at home watching TV? You know easy leg lifts or anything?

Stairs!!!!!!!

you can do som leg raises... or crunches...!

you can walk in place (even just during commercials)
or push-ups.. even if you cant do push-ups just planks do alot for your whole body too!

Walk in place is great. You can do this during one of your favorite shows for 30 minutes. You can start out with a slow walk and then increase your pace to more of a march to raise the intensity, and then at the end work back down into a slow pace for a cool down. You can even add some stretches at the end after your muscles are warm to increase flexibility.

u can do spot joggin

At school, sit up straight and flex your ab mucles

Flex your feet & your wrists back and forth a few times, then round in circles and then use them to write out the alphabet. It will help your wrists avoid tendinitis & and your feet to get circulation so that standing & walking on them won't be so painful. (This is a big help for anyone in retail or nursing, teaching, etc.)

lying on your side, raise your arm and leg, contracting the sides of your abs.

at home, get your heart moving with some jumping jacks. Squats and lunges are also good as well as leg lifts (which you can do either standing or laying down, I prefer standing cause I can do forward, back, side and inner all in one position). Calf raises are another one (you can also do this at school while waiting in line at lunch or something).

I'm always running in place or doing some jumping jacks while I watch the telly! Or I put on some good, fun music and jump around and dance. Kicking up the cardio! :)

at school, you should take the long routs to ur classes just avoid being late and when you have to go to a diffreny floor take the staires besides the elevator, that goes to work, or school. it really helps!

Wall sits! Just sit up against the wall, and it's an excersize like no other! Builds some great thigh muscles.
Also, just lay on the floor in plank position. You don't have to do pushups or anything, just lay there and you'll get a great workout.

Buy a bosu ball and whilst watching TV, stand on it with only one leg. Switch when you feel tired. Soon, you won't need to concentrate to stay in balance and it'll be quite fun. this is awesome because you are improving your balance and also strengthening your leg and particularly your calf muscles. :)

pretend you are jump roping its a great warm up

At home, stand on your bed and do some army jumping jacks - spread your legs and bring your arms up to the top rather than halfway up. Doing it on your bed means you will be able to do it for longer :) Try it, you'll see what I mean :) Do it to energetic music as well! :)
