GirlsGuideTo | Question: Date Ideas?

I have a question. Is there anyone that can give me a few first date ideas? I have been talking to this guy for over a month and we really want to meet to take it to the next level. He lives a ways off so we will get to see eachother maybe once a month but for a whole week. I need a weeks worth of activities to do with him and I'm planning it. He's comin over to see me so I decided to plan and talk to him about my ideas. He's easy going and he likes museums and he's very active. He rock climbs and hikes, but I am a clutz I can't rock climb but I do hike! Anyway it's cold so we are keeping it indoors for now. He doesn't like coffee, so what would be a good first date for two people who already got to know each other but haven't met yet? I need a public place and in the daytime. Any ideas? I am new to this and completely lost. I want him to have a good time. I know we will regardless but I really want it to be the best it can be and my friends weren't much help. Thanks everyone!

It may sound kind of cliche, but going to a movie is great for a first date- you avoid the discomfort of first meeting someone and trying the think of what to talk about. After the movie you can talk about what happened. Depending on where you live, there might be cool restaurants to go to. There's one that I like in my home town that has belly dancing, so that's always fun to take people to.
