My exboyfriend is currently stalking/harassing me. I've told him many times to stop. The president of his frat has told him to stop, along with a judge(I filed for a PPO). I even changed my phoone number but my girlfriends are coming to me telling me that he is asking them for my new number. How the eff do I get him to stop? He's ruined a good part of my life already by giving me an STD and spreading vicious rumors about me, and doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon. The PPO hasn't gone through yet, but what if it doesn't and the harassment just continues?

Pepper spray. Taser. He'll get the point. The rest of that can be dealt with by helpful friends and people who are willing to publicly defend your name.

This sounds very serious and he sounds dangerous. I had a minor stalker situation this year and after a half a year of being nice and ignoring his text I finally got mean and told him I'm not interested in him in a way that he could not ignore which was VERY clear. But in your case I really think it's important you do not do anything which could make him snap and put you in danger. You seem to have taken the best legal actions. All I can say is protect yourself anyway you can. Self defense classes are a must! If its legal in your state get pepper spray that you always carry. Keep a whistle with you around your neck too, it help get attention fast if you need it. Avoid being alone especially late at night where he has a chance to approach you. Try to get a security system that the police will come to you immediately if broken into or if you push the panic button. I don't mean to sound scary but at this point I really think you have already taken the best actions and I just want you find the best way for staying safe.
