I recently got test results from my doctor apparently I have hypoglycemia. So I have to start eating healthier and change my whole lifestyle. She told me to start eating 6 small meals a day. Which is going to be quite a task since usually I only eat 1-2 small meals a day, because I'm usually just not very hungry. To get to the point I'm trying to figure out what to eat. I'm pretty picky. I was told for lunch I should eat a salad and something like a baked potato, and for dinner I should eat meat, greens and starch. I don't know. I've known that I need to start eating healthier for awhile, it's just a pain since I don't particularly like many healthy foods. Like yogurt, I hate yogurt. lol. help! Any suggestions of what I can eat would be wonderful.

to keep your sugar in check its vary important. Im also study to be a nurse
