I recently got test results from my doctor apparently I have hypoglycemia. So I have to start eating healthier and change my whole lifestyle. She told me to start eating 6 small meals a day. Which is going to be quite a task since usually I only eat 1-2 small meals a day, because I'm usually just not very hungry. To get to the point I'm trying to figure out what to eat. I'm pretty picky. I was told for lunch I should eat a salad and something like a baked potato, and for dinner I should eat meat, greens and starch. I don't know. I've known that I need to start eating healthier for awhile, it's just a pain since I don't particularly like many healthy foods. Like yogurt, I hate yogurt. lol. help! Any suggestions of what I can eat would be wonderful.

try things like cereal bars and small foods like that, some of which, if you choose the right ones can be very low in fats, and a healthier option when you just need something to eat, on the go or you just need something sweet.

Well, I don't have any specific suggestions, but I know a website that does. It's called SparkPeople.com - it's a free weight-loss or health upkeep website. It'll ask what your goals are, if you have any conditions, and then give you daily suggestions on what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack. I just signed up a few days ago, and it's wonderful! Check it out :-)

I am a VERY picky eater and I've been trying to eat healthy lately. And it works! Try to avoid processed foods. The more you prepare yourself, the healthier ( normally). Try to snack on fruit. Always have little snacks with you and around the house. If you're too lazy to cook, just have a sandwich you made yourself with cheese or turkey breast or something. you don't really have to cook twice a day. If you HAVE to eat fast food because of time isses, try to prefer subway over burgers. If you crave burgers or pizza, make them yourself! Btw I hate yogurt too. But yogurt is a milk product you can substitute it! Also salad is great. How about cesar's salad with a little meat in it? And then, if you need inspiration, try recipebazaar or something like that. Good luck!
