In March I am going to Florida for spring break. While I was shopping for my trip I noticed that I have cellulite on my lower butt and thighs. Does anyone know any good exercises or remedies that may help reduce or get rid of it?

I disagree, I've had cellulite and running 15min a day has helped to lessen it, I also eat alot of water rich fruits and veggies like watermelon and cucumber. A Q10 cream can also work, try Nivea

NO exercise in the world will get rid of cellulite! Seriously - anyone that says otherwise has not done the research. That said - there are a ton of creams with caffeine in them that will help reduce it. Or you can try getting exfoliating gloves and use coffee grounds in the shower. You just gently massage the grounds into your trouble spots for 10 minutes each day and you will see a change in the texture of that skin reducing the appearance of cellulite.

If any gyms do any les mills classes i would definatly reccomend them... body pump is great for toneing which in turn helps get rid of celulite, and its also heaps of fun :P
RPM or any spin class is also great for toneing and shaping your legs

Swimming helps too. You'll hurt in places that you didn't know existed for a week or so depending on how often and how long you go for. But its amazing!

As cellulite is the result of fat cells which have slipped through the thicker layers of skin which usually give the smooth appearance weight loss and toneing your butt and thighs might also help. Try squats and lunges for toneing and walking, jogging or riding a bike for cardio and weight loss
Moisturising and massage helps reduce the appearance of cellulite instantly and i have also heard that having a tan can help reduce the appearance however these are only quick, non-permanent fixes
