Tell him how you feel. If things don't change I'd get out of there.

I'm not sure about telling him to pay you more attention, but you should confront him, gentelly. x

tell him if he loves you then he should be paying more attention to his actions and how they will affect you. If you have a problem with something or need to clarify something you need to let him know now or it will continue and get worse for you. I'm sure he would understand if you just mentioned it to him.
