What are the Best workouts for Spring? I am fairly comfortable with myself, but wouldn't mind dropping some of those Winter pounds I gained. I want to tone my whole body and be in good shape. For me, I want to look good of course, but I also want to feel good. Are there any fun workouts to help get toned for those cute spring shorts, skirts, tanks, etc? Summer is coming, meaning.. bathing suit season! Any help? Thanks Ladies!

You could look out for some les mills programs... theres a whole range of them which cater for every interest and ability :) and the thing i love about them is that there are professionals who make the choroegraphy so you know your getting a safe and effetive workout each time :)

ZUMBA!!! It's basically like an hour dance party. It's so much fun... if you are doing the workouts pretty much like the instructor (as in more intense) then you'll definitely sweat. You should at least check it out once... I love it!!! I know lots of people that do.

www.zumba.com will have a place where you can find classes in your area. There are lots of them!

I love to go running outside or even take long walks with my girlfriends and grab really light weights. I swear it doesn't feel like you're even working out but you really do get a great workout!

I also started to take a yoga class and it's really made me feel a lot stronger and toned. There are a ton of places where you can go and take a free/inexpensive class. If there's a lululemon store near you -- most of them offer a free class at least once a week.
