i use buttpaste, it's supposed to be for diaper rash but it works for razor burn, i havent gotten razor burn since i started using it

Use a little hair conditioner to soften the hair first.

There is gel you can buy that helps it not get bumpy or irritated. I buy it at Walmart. I can't remember the name of it, but its blue and in the razor section. Hope it helps! Sorry I don't remember the name of it.

I have the same problem, so I wax! It hurts a little but I don't get bumps after and it lasts a lot longer!

Usually the shaving cream I use does an excellent job at it, I also apply lubiderm lotion for sensitive skin once i completely dry off. The lotion works wonders it keeps the moisture locked in to prevent the area from getting irritated.
