I'm normally not picky. However, sometimes things really irk me and they shouldn't cause as much stress as they do. If somebody does something as simple as helping me with my make up and I don't like even a little of it, I freak out and get so mad I cry and want to throw things. It doesn't happen all the time, and it doesn't always happen during "that" time. Why is it that sometimes little things will just set me off?

If you get angry a lot, you need to do more things for you, watching your all-time fav movie, listening to your fav song, going for a stroll in the park, all these things can minimize stress and help you be happier.
Also i find doing yoga helps me a lot

it could be ocd or depression even bi-polar. could just be your hormones out of whack. if your over stressed, it could be that. I have depression and ocd, not saying you do, but you should look at how much stress you have, if you don't have alot, talk to your doctor.

omg I am the same way. I guess girls just have a LOT more hormones than guys do! That's the only real explanation that I can come up with, because half the time I'm not even on my period when it happens. I remember once my cousin was just messing with me and I got really pissed and started screaming at him and throwing things at him haha. I was soooo mad, and for no real reason!
I just try to stay calm and take deep breaths when I feel it coming on.
But...I also have some depression and other chemical malfunctions in my body, so that is probably a contributor to my outbursts. xP

If you're like me, your days are filled and busy. You are off doing things and running around. I plan my days down to the minutes, so when one things goes wrong and my plan gets pushed back and i start becoming late I start freaking out. To the point where my day is ruined and I just need to go home and start over tomorrow.

But I have found planning things not so close helps and the phrase 'Choose Happiness" helps a lot too. You always have a choice in how you handle situations. I like feeling in control like that. :)
