I am trying to lose weight, but I have a problem getting motivated. I also don't know what the best exercises are for what I am trying to accomplish. I want to get rid of belly fat, but mostly fat on my buttocks, thighs and I want to gain some arm muscle. I kind of want to lose some of this weight before my friends wedding in a month. Because I don't want jiggle while I walk or dance that night. Any tips or ideas?

I have heard that. I did this yoga thing, made me sore for days, I walk 15 minutes to and from work 4 days a week, but haven't seen a difference. I love pilates, and used to do kickboxing. But my athsma got worse so I quit. I am trying to get back in shape, sorta as a new me thing.

Yes, you may lose a small amount of your boobs (but not inevitably!).
If you want to lose some fat, the only option is doing cardiovascular activities.
Yes, jogging is a good option, but so are :
- Doing lengths in the pool or aquafit (Personal experience : Jogging hurt my knees too much, so I did lengths in the pool instead. It did a difference)
- Step-aerobic (it's not as lame as it sounds)
- Spinning
and so many more, but those are the ones I saw doing a big difference.
For toning, like Shelley said, Pilates is just great! You can go whatever rhythm you want to adjust the exercices to your level (if you don't feel the burn after the exercices, level up!). It can be done at home or in class groups.
And if you want a ''sexier'' toning, you could do pole fitness (never tried it, but heard very good things about it!). Watch a youtube video!

I have very small boobs, could I lose them if I worked out too? I am very flabby everywhere else. I really need to lose weight, but don't want to lose my boobs.

Pilates work wonders for toning, so I'd recommend getting some DVDs of that. They even have specific DVDs for specific body parts or full body. And jogging is amazing for losing weight and toning as well, but I know if you're starting to work out jogging sucks. My husband wants to start jogging again, and wants me to do it with him so he found a good guide to start.

Week 1- brisk walk for 20 minutes. 4x week
2- brisk walk 30 minutes. 4x week
3- Run 2 minutes walk 3 minutes x4. 3x wk
4- run 3 min walk 3 min x4. 3x wk
5- run 4 min walk 1 min x4. 3x wk
6- run 7 min walk 3 min x2. 3x wk
7- run 7 min walk 3 min x3. 3x
8- run 10 min walk 3min x2. 3x
9- run 15 min walk 3 min run 10 min. X3
10- run 20 minutes. 3x
11- run 30 min. 3x

Definitely my tummy area and my boobs. My core is always quick to tone but it is also always quick to start getting all flabby. My boobs are so big they are starting to sag... I am only 21!
