If you get them every single time you shave and it's more that just a couple - you may have folliculitis. Your hair follicles getting inflamed/infected b/c they trap bacteria every time you shave. Happens to me, and I went to the doc who prescribed a cheap antibiotic lotion that I use like regular lotion after shaving and gets rid of the bumps.

If it is just regular razor burn I have no idea!

I only get these when my razor is cheap or old so try buying a good razor and a sensitive-type shaving creme (ie. no scent). Once out of the shower I put on very light (again, no scent) cream.
